Virtual Checkpoints

Thank you for purchasing the Virtual Checkpoints.

Personal Support via Zoom or phone

All appointments are scheduled via email (gwen@grief-guide.com)

It is your responsibility to schedule the Checkpoints.

Gwen will respond to your emails within two business days.

All appointments will be scheduled in EST.

Each Checkpoint will be between 60 and 75 minutes.

There must be a week between each Checkpoint, but no more than 3 months.

Payment for all three Checkpoints is completed at the beginning.

If you need to reschedule your Checkpoint, please communicate at least 24 hours before your meeting time.

If you do not show up for your scheduled Checkpoint without communicating (per above) you will be charged for the Checkpoint.

If Your Grief Guide needs to reschedule your Checkpoint, it will be done within 24 hours (no refund).

If Your Grief Guide changes your Checkpoint time and does not give you a 24 hour notice, you will be refunded $125 for the missed checkpoint.
